The place was interesting, it was a mix of a coffee shop/lounge/restaurant. There were people laughing and drinking and others studying. It's open until midnight and the interior is amazing.

Good place to eat and hangout, they serve many kind of western and asian food with great taste and lots of beer. The atmosfer is nice, with a manga cafe theme. Pretty close with the kichijoji station.

There is a scenic smoking section.
What is a non-smoking seat glass? There is no sense of blockage as it is separated by a transparent partition.
I do not know because I've never sat in the smoking section, but perhaps in the winter the window is closer than the non-smoking section so it looks like it looks a bit cold as it interferes with the outside air.
